I was fortunate to receive this book through a Goodreads Giveaway by the author, David Shuch.Being that it is a short book of only 93 pages, I expected to quickly fly through its pages in a day our two; instead, I found myself savoring each chapter. I slowly read, and even reread, the passages; wanting, not just to read, to take in and feel his words. I found the chapter "Time" to be my favorite, and the most fitting for my life.Unlike most of the books I read, this is a short story written in a lyrical poetic style, at least that's how I see it.I enjoyed it so much that I think I'll purchase a copy for my former College English teacher. She taught me to look for the deeper meaning of words in poetry, and gave me a new appreciation for it.Thank you Nancy Long!

I am an alumnus of Indiana University, and I spent time there in the 1960s. I absolutely loved this book. Terry Clapacs and his assistants did an exemplary job of assembling photographs and stories about buildings across the campus and from all eras. I especially liked the organization of the book -- by function, such as science buildings, common buildings, etc. I loved learning more about buildings that I remembered and about structures that have been built since my time there. A flood of memories swept over me when I read some of the accounts of places like the Memorial Union and Ballantine Hall. This is a book that will be treasured by anyone who graduated from I.U. or worked there. It is the standard by which all other campus architectural histories will be measured. None could be better.

Love it! Very substantial book, full of great photos & history. Wish I had read this while I was a student there, it would have made me appreciate more an already gorgeous campus.

I had the pleasure of meeting the aurhor this fall, he could not be a nicer man. This book covers the history of putting together the most beautiful campus in America. The pictures make this a vibrant tapestry of the IU campus. A must get for IU grads!

Having lived in Bloomington for many years and an IU alumnus, I couldn't put this book down once I started reading it. The pictures and history were fascinating and as someone else said, I wish I had known the story behind IU while I was in college! I highly recommend this book, it makes a great gift.

Some good and easy recipes. I just wish it had pictures for all the recipes. Sometimes I just get mixes from the store and look in the book on how to add some extra kick to the mix. Great ideas in the book. Also, there are a lot of helpful tips.These are ALWAYS a big hit in my office and if you don't have a babycakes maker-- get one right now! It is so easy to make and clean up! I only wish it used standard mini cupcake liners.

I love this book. I have made several recipes so far and they have been a success at work, church and home. I love how easy the cupcakes are to make. Homemade cupcakes in 10 minutes? great!

I was excited when I saw this book had GF recipes so I bought it. Some recipes are GF but they are not low carb gluten free. This is a good book for a person who loves to bake but does not like to use the oven. My MIL and daughter like the recipies included although find some a bit too sweet, however the recipes are really good ones in this cookbook and sized for the cupcake maker - a real plus! Also, this book has some good suggestions for savory products that can be cooked in the cupcake maker. Good book for showing how versatile the Babycakes Cupcake makers really are. Would not recommend for the gluten free recipes though.

I have made three or four recipes so far...not disappointed. Liked them all.
